Hey, I'm Natalia, a 46-year-old mother from Florida.
Read below to discover my journey.
For many years, I felt like most of my potential went untapped and was lost to all sorts of bad habits that were holding me back: too much social media and time lost on the internet, bad food habits, no exercise or physical activity, bad sleep routines, etc.
The worst part about this was that each of those bad habits negatively influenced the others and left me trapped in a vicious circle.
I really wanted to change and tried all the usual methods
Self-help books, motivational accounts on Instagram and TikTok, miracle online programs or advice from friends, no matter what I tried, I usually gave up after a few days and fell back into the same patterns.
But I knew that more could be done. I was convinced that real change and self help was within my reach and that I was simply not looking in the right place.
With a background in psychology and a long-standing interest in human behavior, I started looking more seriously into what science had to say about how habits are actually formed.
After much research, what stood out to me was that lasting change is usually not built through one big decision. It is built through small actions, repeated over time, in an environment that makes those actions easy to remember.
That became the starting point for 45 days
I wanted to apply all that I had learned and discovered into one simple solution that was easy to use and that did not make me feel guilty when my progress was slow. But above all, I wanted to create something that could also benefit other people in setting good, healthy and lasting habits.
Instead of creating another app, complicated tracker, or long online program, I wanted to design something simple and pleasant to use every day. I wanted something that didn’t involve screens, because I believe too much screen time and scrolling is part of the problem.
This is how I came up with 45 days: a beautiful decorative object that invites you to draw one card a day, one simple, symbolic step toward establishing long lasting and positive change.
Today, I'm proud to say that my solution has already helped thousands of people! I pride myself on reading all the feedback from users and continually try to improve my product.
Thank you for being part of that journey.
